Our People
Meet the people behind the Deaf & Hard of Hearing Foundation. Our work across Aotearoa is supported by a dedicated operations team delivering programmes and partnerships, a Board providing governance and strategic oversight, and our Member Organisations whose expertise strengthens our collective impact. The NFD Trustees operate as a separate entity overseeing grants and scholarships, while our Youth Advisory Group ensures the voices and perspectives of young people are represented in our work.
