Workplace Giving

Workplace giving is a simple way for employees to support meaningful change through regular payroll donations. By giving a small amount each pay cycle, staff can help provide steady funding for programmes that promote accessibility, inclusion and hearing health across Aotearoa.

For employers, workplace giving is a practical way to strengthen social impact and give teams an easy opportunity to support a cause that matters. For employees, it is an affordable and convenient way to make a difference over time.

Payroll Giving For Employees

Employees can donate any amount through payroll giving to an IRD-approved donee organisation. For every $1 donated, they receive a 33.33 cent tax credit through PAYE, so there is no need to claim it again at year end. To set up payroll giving, ask your payroll team to contact accounts@nfdhh.org.nz
